Your discs are not warped, EBC are sh!t pads but I dont thin this is ain't your problem. Did your get a wobble before you changed the disks and pads? You say you applied copped grease to your hubs after cleaning, clean this off and give it a try. Bedding in disks is bolx, just drive the car normally...

When I had my B7 RS4 I used AP Discs and Ferodo DS2500's pads. The thing stops on a sixpence and in the wet too. Changing you're discs and pads is a basic mechanics job.
