B5, B6, B7 were great. The D2 A8/S8, particularly 2000 year onwards are in another league, Audi really had to prove themselves against the S/7 so went all out IMO.

Getting the circa 23:00 hours ferry on Thurs, staying at Beasujour, wasn't quick enough for Bleu Nord. Will be in my C6 RS 6 (with MRC & Le Mans stickers on it) and my mate in his dakkar yellow E46 M3.

Just take it to Jack Barclay Audi in Wandsworth, speak to the master tech Adam or service manager, Chris. No messing about, they'll get it sorted.

ARB's weren't in stock when I dropped it off, so will leave them until my next visit! Collecting tomorrow.

Mine is at MRC being done currently too (amongst other things), be interesting to see if it is any smoother. Not that there's anything wrong with it, it's not a C5 box!

Audi should be 9.9% on used now. New is usually cheaper, and Audi sell a LOT of used cars - not everybody is aware of the support on new models.
