Re: C5 RS6 avant manual 778PS/869Nm - not what you think

Bam - Is that just cosmetics than to sort out ?? Or did the suspension got it as well ?? That is sooooo tempting Off-side suspension would need looking at. Gutted for you Bam!!!

Has my previous RS6 been cubed or is it still on the road?
Dunno, but I'm feeling that I might be creating a pattern here.

Re: C5 RS6 avant manual 778PS/869Nm - not what you think

Can you "undeclare" it from the insurance at this stage? I could. I really don't need the ballache right now though. I'd have to manage the repairs and do it within the confines of the insurers framework. They think it's 11k to repair, can you imagine the arguments? Or I'd just take the whole thing...

Well that's shitty news, you cant let it get squished though! what would you consider as an offer on it?
Dunno. What would you value a 'very' powerful manual powertrain, C6 custom brakes and Recaro CS Sportsters at?

C5 RS6 avant manual 778PS/869Nm - not what you think

Ok, so, long story short. Around the start of May, I picked up my car from MRC after having it there for a steering rack leak and a TC issue - the light would come on under WOT in 4th or 5th and the light would stay on, couldn't turn it off, only restarting the car would clear it. MRC was able to fi...

Re: FOR SALE

Being part of a forum and having the luxury of advertising for free, is that you're going to get comments, good and bad, if people dont want comments they should advertise on a car sale site like auto trader, which of course isnt free. Just my 2p. Technically, the OP is a trader and should be payin...

Re: This is going to hurt

Ouch. I’ve asked for a more comprehensive breakdown as £430 for ‘genuine’ parts is a bit vague, I’ve also asked why it’s had a service as unless the plugs were damaged, they were only fitted 1800 miles before, as was the filters. Plus I am at a loss to how the head has cost £1245+vat when there was...
