Illuminated Seat Belt Buckles
Anyone have the illuminated seat belt buckles in their RS6? Part of the rear side airbag package. If so could please be kind enough to share your reg or chassis no by PM i would appreciate it

Ah ok. problem is always going to be matching the weave of the oem piece especially if its going to be sectioned in. I think it might have been better albeit more difficult to put a slim long piece along the full section that is visible and then have the join under the lip where its hidden. could th...

You can clearly see they simply put a piece of carbon fabric over the damage and epoxy'd over it.

Oh and also the silver trim that is above the steering cowl and is connected to bottom section of the vent needs to be separated from each other. Use a plastic pry tool to pry them apart

In your pic of the side panel removed have you removed the top 8mm bolt? Dont remove the silver trim on its own. Its meant to come off together with the centre vent. Its got some big metal spring clips which you can see if yo look into the gap from the side. It should just need a good tug to release...

You need to remove the side fuse box trim panel and the 8mm bolt and also the gloss black trim above the vent and iirc there is another bolt there. then you can use the hook to pull it out but watch for the sensor cable as its short

Always Aluminium. All heat sinks will be made of Alu. Thickness shouldn't be too thick as it will retain heat longer whereas a thinner section will be dissipate heat faster. Well thats my logic

the ride height can be adjusted with air suspension equipped cars using VCDS. The carbon fibre has an epoxy on it that can be polished easily where the piano black has a very thin lacquer on it which can only be polished minimally. Its so thin you risk cutting through the clear coat into the surface below. You have a much easier task which you can do yourself of polishing up ...

Which fuel pumps? The HPFP are the pair on the engine. The only other item is the actual fuel delivery unit fitted in the tank? Is that what you need?
