She's not my wife or my girlfriend, she is my ho. This all came about because in the 6 years we've been together, she has never once appeared to have ANY cash on her person, ever. One day sometime ago, upon emptying my pockets of cash (yet again), she quipped "you always have cash on you. You're lik...

It's killing me, a 4.2TT mated to an all-new drive-train and that 7 speed DSG.... ahhhhhh the humanity!

They should've built it with the C5 4.2TT, now we're left to imagine what could've been.... until someone does a transplant.

Yeah San Sebastian is ace, I believe San Seb is the home of tapas. I stayed for a week in 2000 and found the tapas truly amazing and the best way to eat... at the bar whilst drinking! I'll give that fridge some thought, I like the idea of keeping some cold redbulls for the twisty bits. @Mikey-S you ...

RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: I love dynos! They

I was over on the B7 the other day, loved it! Mooch, you love the B7 forum because there's blood n guts everywhere and you're the one standing in the middle, unscathed, and wielding a broadsword. I'm pretty sure that Yank will never want to meet another Cornishman, on-line or otherwise. B7 forum=ent...

Scum of the earth, they should be banged up and shot into space. I suggest putting a note on the spotters forum. I'm really sorry to hear about this and I'm sure you're very busy and stressed but what exactly is this "setup"? Just so others can avoid a similar predicament.
I wish you all the best.

RE: Driving Abroad - what do I need to take

I'm preparing my folder right now, I'm too pretty for jail, I'd be passed around like currency with my rear-end doing a credible impression of a clown's pocket.

I've already got the 1st aid kit and two air compressors. I've avoided the tyre slime as it destroys the rubber, is there an alternative?

RE: Driving Abroad - what do I need to take

I don’t mean to hijack your thread but I'm holidaying in San Sebastian (Spain) very soon so I'm also very interested in this topic. Is there a way to realign the RS6 headlamps without having to resort to crappy stick-on headlamp deflectors for driving on the continent? Will Audi service centres ou...

RE: Steering knock

This steering issue was fixed without parts or charge, go figure. Dave, I've been making good 'progress' as I was very keen to wear out the tyres before taking delivery of the new wheels (they are coming with 275/30/19 F1 Asyms at £80 per corner). When I spoke to the guy at projex he said there was ...

RE: Steering knock

Are you serious!!! They also found 4 'close' to illegal tyres, worn discs and pads at 90%. I pushed the young one about the loose fixing nuts but he couldn't tell me anymore about it. I have no idea what was wrong with the steering rack but it can't have been good to drive it like that, I'm now wond...
