Thanks MikeFish.
I can only see "Set tyre pressure" on the DIS but not a feature to reset the TPMS?
Also, does a new sensor never conflict with the existing ones?

Re: TPMS question
MikeFish, what spec does the new sensor have to be? How does the system get reset with a new sensor?

TPMS question
Hi, One of my TPMS sensors cracked and fell off one wheel rendering it useless. Is the solution to get 1x new (OEM?) sensor to replace the original and then re-code (?) the TPMS? Or do I have to get a set of 4 new sensors and "reset" the system somehow? The latter seems really excessive but perhaps ...

Re: Brake disks and pads
Thanks for the replies.
I am based in London so a lot of braking in traffic!
MRC claim that once discs have been scored, they can't really be skimmed and so need to be replaced. What have others found?
Also, is it worth the risk buying second hand ceramics?!

Re: Brake disks and pads
Appreciate that the ceramics would be expensive upfront but what is total cost of ownership over say 50K miles, i.e., ceramics and pads vs. existing disks and replacement pads?

Re: Brake disks and pads
Sure although I'm thinking whether it makes sense to retrofit ceramic brakes if I'm going to go through the process.
Is it worth it?

Brake disks and pads
Hi, I know this topic gets addressed regularly but I wanted to understand latest perspectives on: 1. Whether OEM pads score disks to the extent that both pads and disks have to be changed after the factory fitted pads come to end of life? 2. Which brands are best for sparing use on roads (not track)...

FS: 1 x 255/35/19 Pilot Sport 3 (6mm tread)
Having just swapped out my OEM wheels for a set of 20" rotors, I now have a surplus spare tyre which fits the old wheels but obviously won't fit the new ones. PM me if you are genuinely interested and want pictures showing the 6mm tread depth and condition of the tyre. I am open to all offers and to...

Re: lesser of two "evils" 255/35/20 VS 275/30/20
For those of us in the UK, which tyre size is best for the rotors on a B7?
265/30 or 255/30?
