What does "it's still no worky" mean? What's the error message?

I've set it to 10 recipients. I want to reduce the risks of mass messaging. Is ten enough?

500. I do delete, when I realise that it's full. But you have to delete them one page max at a time. Bit of a faff, but worse things happen at sea.
