In hindsight I should have accepted an offer some guy showed after viewing about a month ago... We were 500 apart. Got a bit greedy. Would have saved hassle of MOT and warranty renewal... That's life.

Indefinitely. I found another car with the spec I wanted soon after they put it up for sale so don't need it back to stay mobile.

How much are you guys paying for warranty renewals on V10s? I'm looking to swap my RS6 for one, but for the few out there outside of warranty, to add Audi warranty to them it's coming to ~£2800. That's on a 2013 car, sub 10k miles/year and max £250 excess. Sounds like a lot to me... are the renewals...

Personally 8mm vs 5mm I'd be OK to run those on same axle in your situation

I used to have a GT-R and the official guidance on that was tread difference had to be sub 4mm across an axle
