Know what you mean, a friend of mine was waiting about 6 months to find the right buyer for his racing minicab (sapphire cosworth 4x4) but eventually found someone willing to give him over £6k for it. I can't and don't want to wait that long.

I expected it to make more - there's nothing on Autotrader approaching my car for under £9000 - and it really is immaculate. I still think it'll fetch over £7k on the auction, will just have to keep my fingers crossed. Not the best time of day for the auction to be finishing...

Just to add a little about those cheaper hoses, the seller confirmed that all those hoses are 3 ply and that the set is 12 hoses not 14 as stated in the listing on ebay. I believe Samco use 3 ply up to 76mm and then 4 ply thereafter, so if an of the hoses are bigger than 76mm on the S4, the Samco se...
