I remember feeling similar about the tracking when I got mine. However a DRC replacement combined with a new set of Michelin PS2s almost completely eradicated the problem except over the most rutted of roads..... Not sure which had the biggest impact - Worth noting though that when the tyres came of...

I don't suppose anyone has a picture of the new boots do they? My DRC was replaced in Oct (all four shocks + valves) and now 3500 miles later it needs doing again.... I've had a look at the shocks to see if the boots are fitted on the current (dead) shocks but don't really know what I'm looking for....

I can't decide whether the warranty I have got is either a complete bargain, or I have missed something fundamental!. Bought the car second hand from the dealer - so comes with a 12 month waranty as it is an "audi approved" vehicle. I was given the option at the time of purchase to extend this for o...

RE: Re: RE: i pod connectivity
I have been speaking to ipodcarkitdirect.com about this. They said that the Denison that you plug in to the cd won't work and that you have to use the one that plugs in via the aerial (so fm signal, but a bit more reliable than those naff transmitter ones). I suspect that if you use this type you ar...

Yup - still have it! Engine management light issue fixed when they found a sticky valve in the emissions control system which was confusing the system. I had loan cars for my first 3 weeks of owning the RS! Have had 3000 touble free miles now. Even starts when its warm! God knows how much they spent...

RE: 4 shocks in as many months
Mine is currently having all four shocks and both valves done. Dealer actually said to me "only two shocks are leaking but as they are both at the front that means we need to do all four and both valves". Two of the shocks were done in December last year (previous owner) but not sure the valve was d...

Scavenger pump
Hi there - anyone heard of an RS6 having to have a scavenger pump replaced to fix a "long term" engine management light issue?
Anyone shed any light on what it does too - I believe it is something to do with oil circulation....
Thanks
