Hi, got it sorted, taking it tomorrow to a tuning house to get put back to normal...its all going to be ok.

Will tell you full story once it done and sorted and back on the road.

Yes was mapped properly not chipped. by AMD originally. AMD are amongst the best for remapping Audis. Already been told it can be taken back to standard for free. Why would you want to do this? Dave mmm...a friend's S4 still under warranty might have been remapped, recent knocking noises from the bottom part of the engine....Audi suggested it won't be covered under warranty and they're claiming its been remapped...so although its most likely NOT remapped.......

Does anyone know of someone in the Oxford area who can do un-remapping? Now AMD have moved, wonder if there is a local alternative for me - West of Oxford.
