Re: RS2 > S5 > NOW GETTING AN B5 RS4 - Advice please

Well, I'm now officially a part of the club. I took a LONG trip to see Nick Johnson yesterday and it's - so long S5 - hello Noggy RS4 :) :nogarors4: I literally spent the day with Nick and MattyB - They were an education. Had plenty of time for me and the enthusiasm (mild addiction in Matt' case) wa...

Re: What I am detailing / detailed this weekend

Simply beautiful! Love the wheels - are they 19"s/20"s? They look large.

RE: RS2 > S5 > NOW GETTING AN B5 RS4 - Advice please

Question rs4killa,

Why back to a b5 from b7? I have tweaked s5 and love it but has never really felt individual enough. I did toy with getting a b7 but thought b5 would be more fun and a bit more 'special' ?

RE: RS2 > S5 > NOW GETTING AN B5 RS4 - Advice please

Thanks Tom, My issue is I have my car to part ex. Until now I have been thinking a cheaper car and modding it sensibly myself. I want to make sure I get a good one. I know they aren't prone to many issues but sometimes these forums can scare you off a bit. I also want as immaculate as I can get even...

RS2 > S5 > NOW GETTING AN B5 RS4 - Advice please

Hi All, been a while since I've been here. I had (N1 AGM) RHD RS2 a few years ago on 44k. Have S5 at the mo but another littlen on the way and fancy something a bit quirkier, rarer etc and have decided on a B5 RS4. Want a noggy but not sure whether spending 16/17k on a 70/80k mile car or something l...

thanks Rob, please let me know if you see any as in my opinion they are a perfect upgrade as they still keep the 'stock' look of the car but add attitude!!! Good choice!

Hi Guys, thanks for your kind words and advice, Nexus, I have put MRC and Quattrophonics in my favourites already thinking and reading they were a good bet and you have confirmed this. Yes mine is RHD, 2 previous owners the last has had it for 9 years. It's done pretty much 3000 a year since new. It...

Where can you get the 18" deep dish cup alloys I've see

I've seen on a few RS2's 18" deep dish cup style alloys which look fantastic and inkeeping with the original style of the car.

Does anyone know where to get them please...

Thanks

Hi Mark, Well I did drive to wales to buy the car so I guess MRC seems like a good move as I want the best job done.... Although I will keep Clive's details for future reference. I too have heard of him, he's been around a long time I believe as new of him when I was into R5's....... You have an RS2...
