Re: 4 Wheel alighment

Looks like this thread is gaining traction😂

Dave, did you forget to attach your pic? Maybe I just can’t see it as I am on phone only at the moment?

Re: 4 Wheel alighment

that's great thanks. interesting re the front geometry. Did you feel the difference on steering response pre and post? pre steering should have felt quick and a bit unsteady when cruising compared to post, steering should feel slower but less inputs to keep straight? depending on my current setup (p...

Re: reply to text messages on mmi?

It’d take forever to reply without a touchscreen. Better off using CarPlay and getting Siri to do it. I don't have carplay. don't think its a 2 min job either to get it on a 2015 car. I normally ignore text when driving. just thought it would be handy to reply through voice commands. prob more hass...

4 Wheel alighment

anyone had this done and can share their settings?? still seems to be a lot of squidgy rear and torque steer issues in here. I am sure with the right setup they can both be illuminated or reduced to acceptable levels. I will get mine done soon and share my results. no rear end issue with my car ( al...

Re: iPhone video on mmi

if you really want to achieve this you need to spend about £300 and 3 hours of fitting. then you can do just about anything on the mmi. I will post up a few links when I find them again

Re: Thoughts on this rs6

springs are deffo harder. Air ride is fantastic, springs are not hard enough to be annoying though. I like comfort and am happy enough on springs. my previous cars have been air and I loved the ride. air for comfort, springs for flatter cornering. not much in it really.

Re: RS7

so flashed my Stage 1 last night. Very easy, about a 15 minute write with Powergate 3. Big difference in performance, prob doing around 680bhp. stock apart from Milltek cat back. deffo has torque steer now but not that bad for the power and torque. Not done any logging yet, only having one wing cert...

Re: RS7

So been doing some research. Think I will go down the ceramic coating route. My plan will be, coat the inlet pipes then look at how difficult it will be to do the exhaust manifold heat shields, might be more efficient time and effort just the use insulation on them. I will use ceramic on my down pip...
