I used to have an M3 which had an oil change at about that time - it's not in the service schedule for the RS4 but I'm thinking of asking them to do one anyway.

Change the value in adaptation channel 18 of address 56 from 0 to 3. Can you change the start up screen on the Sat - Nav display screen? With cars like RS4's the most likely thing is they will be stolen and then parked up somewhere for a couple of days to see if they have tracker on them. During this time it is highly likely they will be located and recovered with them actually being driven by the thief very little as they don't want...
