Re: RS4 B9 picture thread

Ordered an Imola Yellow B9 on !2 December 17. Car arrived on 3 May 18 and the colour is everything I hoped it would be.
Always wanted a b5 in Imola but never got the chance. I’ve had the itch ever since and finally got to scratch it.

Re: Rs4 b9 issue

Smara, Depending on how subtle the effect of loosing speed is, it may (and I’m grasping at straws) be the engine shifting vlalve lift modes. At certain loads and rev’s, the engine switches between reduced and high valve lifts for efficiency. I’ve experimented and tried to ‘feel’ this when driving an...

Re: Advanced Key

Not posted for a loooong time but I have been lurking.... This thread has been very interesting to me as I tend to worry. I initially bought a Faraday Key Pouch but getting the key in and out (and remembering to do so) is a real pia. I'm just lazy - and forgetful. Biggest worry was not so much when ...

That link didn't work then.
I take it RS246 and AudiSRS don't get along?

A5 Cabs aren't shitty man!

I never posted pic's on here but I did put a few on SRS,

Imola is a favourite colour, especially on B5's, but I didn't have the balls to order it on the RS6.

Re: Kingfisher Blue C6 RS 6

I never thought that I would be saying this after nearly 5 years of lurking around on here but;-

That Was Me!

Heading back from Stoke to Bolton.

I would/should have noticed an Imola RS4 so please tell me you weren't in it......

The only pisser for me is that because I'm 6'3" and I like the steering wheel full back and down, I can't see the bloody indicator warning lights on the dash 'cos they're behind the top of the wheel. If the engine is screaming or the excellent stereo is loud, I have sometimes left the indicator on, ...

Seawise, do you have any more info on that? Do they replace the actual headlight units?

Thanks in advance

rtd, I've just noticed that you have an RS4. I don't think that the RS4 bumper is shown in ETKA with park sensors, I will check. You may have to fit them in the painted section as per dace but the rest of my post would still apply. I'd be interested to see if there were any marks on the inside of yo...

rtd, I've attached a few pictures of the finished back bumper. Sorry, but I didn't take any during the installation. To do the job, remove the rear bumper and you will see the pre-marked sensor holes. I drilled them out using a 25mm drill. Each sensor is held in place by an 'S4 mounting part'. They ...

First post! Chris, I have only just seen this post so if it is too late then..... I did this retrofit with the parts listed in ETKA. The S4 rear bumper on my car (MY2000), did have the holes marked and it also has the small tabs which locate the 'S4 parking sensor mounting parts' in the correct posi...
