Cheers everyone :D

Seems then 18" alloys with decent tyres is the way forward. Was seduced by the allure of the 19" alloys though.

Which Alloy Wheel Size & Tyre Combination

Hi guys, been away. Anyway, my tyres are gone & hopefully you can assist. I believe I've got 3 options: 1). Keep my existing 17" alloys and buy the Goodyear F1 Assymmetricals. 2). Buy 18" alloys which come with budget tyres then upgrade the tyres later. 3). Buy 19" alloys which also come with budget...

I know you all having a laugh eh. :lol: Anyway here goes the explanation - nothing to do with LSD S4TAN (perhaps your gimp suits miss you)! Parking was really tight as it tends to be near dentists. Eventually I found a spot albeit really near a wall. Whilst pulling off thought I'd slotted reverse bu...

Sorry to hear that mate. :(

I once stalled & hit a wall whilst parked. Scratched the front bumper - flirted with doing the RS4 front bumper job! Halfords repaired for £60.

Re: RE: Gimp Suit?

Hmmm, I guess you are being serious!?! A gimp suit is a garment designed to cover the body completely (usually including the hands and feet) and to be very close-fitting. It often has an attached hood; if not, it will be worn with a bondage hood or "gimp mask". It may be made from rubber, PVC, span...

Happy for you Graham. So what was the damage if you don't mind? :)

Been toying with the idea of having a supersprint exhaust. See link below;

Re: RE: stupid dame air bag light

I would be willing to almost bet it was the driver or passenger airbag. Disconnect them spray some wd40 in there and re-connect. It was the single continual bug bear with that car. Had my air-bag light reset last month for £30 - coudn't ignore it any more! Below are their comments: "The fault coded...

[quote="derdle"]I've had windscreen chips repaired free of charge under Elephant! Had a right mirror replaced & bodywork done within 5days by Elephant.co.uk. Courtesy car also given (which I had not paid for). I suppose others will say thats my luck, but I can't personally slag off Elephant. That wo...

BUT Doug did reply to my emails eventually and from my own personal experience, its worth perservering as the guy knows what he is doing. Believe me guys I persevered for 3 weeks then finally gave up. I needed a full service. Anyway I've almost saved up for H&R Anti roll bars and a Milltek cat back...

Am I the only one?

Who am I to disrespect MRC with all the good press and excellent remap Doug did on my S4 when I managed to contact him. However... :evil: Am I the only one who thinks MRC's success has overwhelmed them to the extent that the core values of responding to customers have gone down the drain? Am I the o...
