Been watching Doug's videos on Youtube. There's a few vids of 600hp RS4s... One doing 202mph with 3 people in the car :shock: Do they all run RS6 turbos? I know they all need big fuel pump and injectors, FMIC, downpipe and cats...but are they all on standard 'internals'? 550hp seems the max for sta...

Hey does anyone know the dimensions of the DUH FMIC? Also the size of the i.c. inlets/outlets?

If your going to upgrade your brakes go with stoptechs. )I havent personally had them on my car but i was a couple buddies with two S4s did a compare and contrast on the Stoptechs against the porschs 996 brakes on an S4 and the stoptechs had better stopping.

Just joking with the above post by the way. but in all seriousness it really depends on what your looking for. I would say either a set of GT turbos(gt2560, gt2860) or RS6 turbos. To save some money and get the best performance get the ebay fmic core like mine and do your own piping its pretty easy....

what size are the converter you used, from the IC to the pipe, are the the normal 2.5 to 2.25 step downs? nice fit. I think you have mounted it a little lower than some of the others, and that is good as you dont have to hack about the numberplate as much to get full airflow. Darren Yep is a 2.5-2....

OK guys to help you out i took some pics of the bumper off the car you can do it similar to this or your own way. I recommend using 2.25" piping aluminum or stainless steel piping. on mine i we cut and welded the pipes BUT i would say buy a couple 90, 75, 45, and 180 degree pipes cut them up and try...

Just the lower passenger side pipe which im going to be changing shortly. The shorter the piping the better.

what size pipes did you use? 2" and 2.25" you could get some nice rs4 look mesh on there if you wanted. It doesn't seem to read that way when H.P is quoted though. Not sure. I think sometimes we get fed PS as HP. The yanks also have stricter emissions in certain states (believe it or not). the thing is with our emissions is its all OBD on newer cars. I know someone who went thru emissions with bigger...
