Re: RE: Why so few S5s around?
Can't understand why scarcity would worry you. Surely that's a good thing. Anyway, you're right that there isn't much S5 activity on here but you should try the A5 owners club (A5OC.com) where there's plenty of activity. I guess unpopularity isn't a good thing though? If it doesn't cause a small de...

Why so few S5s around?
Just wondering, not much activity in this section of the forum?
Is it a possibility that the S5 is being bought by non-enthusiasts in general, who really wouldn't be into forum hopping?
I am half thinking of one as an alternative to an RS4, but the scarcity would worry me?

Folks, would any of you consider the S5 a viable alternative to an RS4, newer shape, platform, and a filler until the RS5 comes along? Any thoughts? :) For the car yes, financially not so sure. I had one for a couple of hours whilst my ecu was flashed. It was a lovely car but it really is a lazy GT...

I too had a deposit on an M3. But in June pulled out and bought an RS4 saloon - I am very pleased I did. The M3 is, in my opinion, just not what the last model was when it was launched. This morning I spoke to a client who has had his new M3 for just over 3 weeks. He is disappointed in it - says fu...

Newbie / possible buyer, with loads of questions.......
Hello all :) I'm a long time lurker on here, ever since I drove an RS4 back in April when Speccin' a new 3.2 TT for my wife. I've always had a hankering for something in the M3 / RS4 class - having being a long time BMW driver, I naturally has been thinking about an M3 - I've gone so far as to getti...
