like said earlier it depends on who does it. Ive have chipsaway out for dents and touch ups and it was top notch, but yes i have heard horror stories, and yes I would get a recommendation.

No mate, but I got them out to repair my kurbed alloy.

Mine was stood for 4 weeks last month and I also had exactly the same problem, and mines only 6 mths old! Apparently this is because of the cold weather freezing the battery when stood for 2 weeks or more. Thats what the handbook says anyway. Its just a bit degrading when my assistance car was stood...
