Moving on
Sadly in some ways, but not for other reasons, my RS4 Avant left home today. Very happy with the money I got after a short bidding war between my Audi Dealer and a Local Specialist. After just under 3 years and 41k, the RS4 was no longer the most practical answer to the family needs, mainly due to a...

Anybody else like the look of the RS focus - obviously not in kermit green, but how about a white one?? I had the First Focus RS before the RS4 - it was a great car and we only sold it because we couldn't justify keeping both cars. If the new one is as good as AUTOCAR are alluding too, it'll sell w...

NEW RS6
Misano Blue RS6 at Camberley Audi yesterday afternoon. The MD's brand new car. Looks good in Misano, but I'm not sure it looks special enough for a near £80k wagon!
As he was in a mtg with the keys didn't get the chance to look in or drive.

RE: RS4 ECU recall updates
Dave,
You are absolutely right - I too use Camberley and they followed your method with my car. Reset to basic settings and ECU flash - no problems at all with my car - as full on as ever. Camberley have a good knowledge of the RS4 and even seem to be on top of DRC problems too.

When they upgraded the ECUs it sounds as though the standard settings were not reapplied first, this then causes the ECUs to relearn your driving characteristics. This has been a previous thread on ECU software updates. Mine was reset prior to the 0090 update an is fine. Get your stealer to reset to...
