I cant understand!!

Having been a 911 owner who switched to an RS4 i cant see the benefit of buying a 911, unless your a poser.... I can just see you all with your shades on and arm out the window. Been there, seen it, done it. Now a dedicated family man in a modified RS4...that the wife, kids and dogs are not allowed ...

They Are Oz Supaleggas

They are 19X8 with 100 mm spacer behind the wheel and extended wheel nuts.

Running Goodyear Eagle 245/35 ZR19.

Drives a dream, better than the original 18" wheels on michelin Pilots, which I still have but cant see me ever going back to.

Chubby

Granted in some aspects of your case...driver ability, balls etc. would make a difference. The reason I have an RS4 and no longer a 996 is because its great fun for all the family and the dogs. But im telling you as a fact and a bias RS4 owner, no way on this earth will a RS4 keep with a 996 Turbo o...

Chipped RS4 v 996 Turbo

I had aburn with a 996 turbo recently around the Braintree bypass in Essex. I missed thrid gear and it came past me very quickly. To my surprise he couldn't make any ground away from me right up to 120 when he lost his bottle, slowed and pulled over. I also had two others in the car egging me on and...

Brake fade on RS4

I have had my RS4 now for three months. Stage 3 MTM full exhaust etc.... But the brakes are standard RS4. I noticed last week that when throwing it around I could get the brakes to hum quite quickly. This resulted in me nearly throwing it in a ditch when they just didnt stop the car. I now have a ju...

Re: Racing License

Racing licences are issued by the RACMSA ...the RAC are the administers for licences. To go circuit racing you will need a racing licence, which like all motorsport licences is issued by the Royal Automobile Club Motor Sports Association (MSA). To get the appropriate licence it is compulsory to comp...

Re: Bad News....Speeding

After 4 years of driving a 996 what I know to be totally illigal speeds and not getting pulled over I was on the verge of having a clean licence again. Within days of having my RS4 I have had two encounters at 145+mph and so I dont expect sympathy for being caught speeding. The annoying fact that ha...
