Sounds like it was opportunist rather than planned if you were at a temporary address, in which case it has either been stolen for a joy ride, or for a local crime. Check that DRC is properly charged and working. If the car is "bouncy" it means that there is insufficient damping, not that the springs are too soft.

Since the DRC circuits are diagonal across the car I fail to see how you think "it's only the front"!!

Also - did they need to do an oil service as part of this work? Mine was about due for one so I asked for them to do that while they had it - for which they have charged me £283! Mine was done as part of the recall. The service rep had to check first and nearly charged me, but then realised the err...

Sounds like the usual symptoms of the battery failing.

Had mine done yesterday by Farnborough Audi. All seems fine and it was complete within the day. They included their standard inspection which threw up nothing of note.
