5w-40 only and they should be trying to sell you "special plus" which was only for the rs 6.its available from tps or audi only in litre containers. When I worked for stockport audi its the only oil we put in them.

Rs4 downpipes have 200 cell main cats,s4 has 400,so get some rs4 pipes and gut the pre cats or get some catless downpipes if you can put up with the noise,s4downpipes are different lengths and rs are the same length,you will need link pipes to mate to a s4 system. I have rs4 precat gutted downpipes ...

if you drive the car and check the wheel speeds with vag com are they all the same?,do you have matching tyres and tread depths?,check the air gaps between the wheel speed sensors and reluctor rings.

what are you going to do with the chopped inlet mani ?

you`d be much better off fitting the later manifold now,rather than pulling the engine again to fit the and replace the turbos aswell WHEN your early (should have been recalled :audibash: ) manifolds crack and send little bits of metal through your nice new ko4`s.post a wanted ad on here and on audi...

you really need to fit face lift manifolds as they are less prone to cracking and the rs4 which the ko4 turbo fits uses the later manifold design

are the manifolds pre-facelift ?

you need to carry out basic setting of the lateral sensor,you will need the log in code for the control unit,then carry out a road test and recheck.if you dont know how to do this pm me.
