all phatboxes have the same depth - they are the same as the cd changer, but the cartridge sticks out of the box - there isnt depth to modify the changer cradle - its already as far back as it can go. the only option is to mount it elsewhere or cut a hole in the cubby door to accommodate the cartridge

did you use verbatim dvd-r? they dont work - only the dvd+r work

i tried about 12 different media types and any mkm 001 worked at 1x or 2.4x and any mkm 003 worked at 8x write without any problems at all
