Just thought you'd all like to know what I chose to do. I test drove the M5 and thought it an amazing car. Thanks for the comments Shame about DSG. One minor gripe on the test drive was I couldn't effect a smooth downshift - kept shunting it slightly. Upshifts were fine. Is this normal? DSG is attractive because I get to keep both hands on the wheel and it doesn't shunt as much as the BMW SMG 'box (claim...

I test drove an RS4 yesterday. All I can say is Wow. So, I am test driving a new M5 tomorrow. I will then have to choose which to go for. A difficult but enjoyable choice to make!
