Has anyone done a run down of the costs of ownership? i.e. showing service costs, pads, discs, tyres etc... anyone had a B7 RS4 for 2, 3 years or more and can share the detail?

That's an interesting read and a little different to how I was taught to bed brakes in on a racing car. Whilst I don't dispute the Audi protocol I think it is a little long winded! I basically understand it that it is all about getting the new pads heated evenly all the way through the entire thickn...

Gary, reading through your symptoms I have to agree with Northerpar that you will probably need to have the car put on a RR and run power and torque graphs, ideally also graphing fuel pressure etc... the whole point of it being that you can provide evidence of an issue. You should write to your Audi...

I saw that one and its pretty much the spec... but too pricey and a long way to travel to merely look at it. Are there any additional items that anyone might suggest looking at beyond the usual RS4 checklists (DRC, brakes, etc...) that are specific to the cab?
