Not too sure if the RS4 B7 driveshafts will fit but happy to make the appropriate measurments. Also looking at if shafts from an auto box A4/A6/A8 might do.

I've blow the gearbox up on my S2 rally car and am looking for a DSY (RS4) gearbox. Can anyone help me out? Something similar will be considered.
Also will the newer V8 4.2 quattro gearboxes fit the 5 pot blocks?

This car need to go to a very special home. It has had wheels, suspension and brakes overhauled to 'as new' specification. No big upgrades and deserves a home that will 'preserve' this car as it was when released from the factory.
