I would also place my bets on the ECU. And like UKS4APR1 said, don't buy a new ECU yet! This can be fixed. It is most likely your problem, if one of your sensors is not dead.

K04 turbos with 42,5mm compressor wheel. Stock K04 is supposed to be 40,5mm if i am correct?

Well, there is always the driver factor. A 945hp Supra should kill an S4, even a highly modified one.
I wonder what times they ran, would be easy to detect if the Supra had a good run or not. It should run low 10s in proper hands.

Good price on the turbos. You'll need bigger MAF housing for 500 Bhp. AWE, ASP and Jacob do aftermarket or go with RS4 item which can support around 500 Bhp. 60lb injectors can be bought for S4 and RS4 fuel rails. No one has reported maxing the fuel rails as yet.
