RE: Recall

The car was registered in Nov 07, I bought it pre-owned from them only two weeks ago so it worries me that the 100 (or so) point check that they do is worthless if they missed that it needs an ecu upgrade! I persuaded them to give it back for the weekend and its going back in today, so not sure what...

Recall

Hi, does anyone know of a series of recalls published today for the R8? Mine went in today to swap out one of the wheels (as arranged when I bought the car) just had a call to say that Audi have just issued recalls and they need to keep the car for 3-4 days...ive not even had it 2 weeks and needless...

gutted, gave mine away px to a dealer less than two weeks ago! I'd be surprised if the early ones are fetching as much, mine was a june 06 car with 23k on it. Audi Docklands are advertising it at just under £48k (for nearly a 10% mark up) :bash: i had it advertised for a couple of weeks at £47500 an...

No, standard spec...the only other option I took was the wind deflector, it has never come out of the bag!

Sure, I thought it may be frowned upon to advertise so blatantly!

Rs4 Cabriolet
Phantom Black
Silver Leather Recaros and carbon fibre trim
june 06 with 22500 miles
Sat nav, Bose
I'm pxing against a new car so its price is subjective I suppose...got it advertised at £47500.

RS4 Cab going soon

Hi there,

Sadly I am letting go of my pride and joy RS4 Cabriolet. Can give details to anyone interested in saving it going at rock bottom to a dealer.

Thanks,

Stuart

R8 prices?

Hi,

Anyone here with a handle on the R8 market currently, are they still trading at a premium? I'm close to pulling the trigger and trading up my RS4 cabriolet and am looking for any pointers or advice.

Did you get this chime and level warning (on startup) than people mention?

Dom

Yes, I get a yellow headlamp warning light flashes and chimes on start up...ought to be a reminder for me to get it changed back now home!

Im near Gravesend in Kent.

My local dealer reckons that there is a switch somewhere but "you probably need to take the bumper off to get to it" !!!

Nothing like making it simple eh? In my BMWs all you had to do was pop the bonnet and flick a switch....looks like a roll of electrical tape for me!

Thanks for that.

Although you've lost me, is that something I could do myself or does it need to go in?

Forgive my ignorance

Headlights in Europe

Hi, I'm off to France at the weekend and wonder if anyone knows whether the headlights on the RS4 can be switched for continental use or if I need to tape them up?
