Don't think I'll be spending big money straight away on the RS4. Let's first make sure it gets delivered on time.

We are talking about the old skool RS4 Avant (B5). Haven't heard of any downsides to Stage I-III remapping if using credible providers, as long as your girlfriend doesn't change down to fourth @ 150 mph :wink: :? Erm... Downsides of the remap Stage I (or II, III,) ?

Are we talking about the old, turbocharged, RS4 (which is probably much easier to tune since you can play with the turbo, intercooler etc) or about the new, atmospheric RS4 (which I think will not be as easy to remap at all).

Did quite a bit of work as consultant in the oil industry and understand indeed that a 0W40 is about the best we can get.
