Re: C7 RS6 Original OEM 21'' silver wheels
Apologies for the ludicrous delay. Family bereavement since Feb and also the birth of another child meant I've had little time to get these out of the garage for photos. To reiterate, these are original factory silver 21s from my C7 RS6. On closer inspection after a clean today, I think those who ar...

Re: C7 RS6 Original OEM 21'' silver wheels
Thanks Mike. Just to say to all that have pmed, work is very busy at the moment so may not get actual pics up till the weekend. Sorry. The design is as per the following link - standard silver 21s that came with the car. I have not refurbed them but I did not buy the car new. http://gtspirit.com/201...

Re: C7 RS6 Original OEM 21'' silver wheels
Guys, I've replied to the pms I got but for some reason my messages are staying in the "Outbox" and not sending even though I have loads of messages left in terms of capacity.
Could the guys who pmed me please pm me your email address so I can email you pictures once I've taken some.
Thanks
Alex

C7 RS6 Original OEM 21'' silver wheels
Hi all, recently fitted a set of titanium-style rims so took off the original OEM 21'' wheels. They are just taking space in my garage so I'd rather sell. No major scuffs but there is some minor cosmetic wear. The perfectionists would want to refurb if they want them looking new. Collection from Har...

Re: New (used) '15 RS6 - Great machine but torque steer
The number of reports of steering wheel vibration are a little worrying and kind of makes me wonder what the hell is going on at Audi. The reason I sold my RS4 (B7) was because after 7 visits to the dealer replacing pretty much everything from discs, hubs, wheels, and even many DRC suspension compon...

Is this at an Audi dealer?Bit_evl wrote:Mine has just had 3 of the 21" Black Y suffer from serious vibration. They have attempted to repair them and it has failed. Going back in again shortly. It started as a mild vibration.

New (used) '15 RS6 - Great machine but torque steer
Hi all, Recently sold my 911 C4S (991) as expecting a third child in a few months and wanted to use as much of the Pork's value in p/ex. I am no stranger to RS audis but the RS6 is a solid piece of audi. Its a '15 reg (panther black) with 13k miles and 1 previous owner. Loving the nice spec and the ...

Re: RS6 or RS7
Thanks guys. Getting there in terms of research. I also noticed there was a facelift in ? early 2015. I can only decipher a few cosmetic changes, mainly in terms of headlights and rear lights and slightly different looking rear bumper. Did the new model year add any significant improvements to the c...

Re: RS6 or RS7
Thanks guys. Wildbore (or any other members who might know), any idea if the horrible DRC issues that the B7 RS4 had, are also an issue with the C7 RS6? Even if the DRC was dynamically better, I would avoid it like the plague if that was the case. Also, I take it that this far into the life cycle of...

RS6 or RS7
Hi guys, trying to work out what to get next and the RS6 (C7) keeps cropping up but can't seem to make a decision. Previously had an B7 RS4 and a B8 S4. The latter was one of the best cars I've ever owned but the RS4 was full of problems including unfixable juddery brakes and DRC issues. Currently d...

Re: New car protection.
No offence but I would never ever take my car to valet magic. Have a read about the nightmares experienced by GT-R owners in GTROC. Re: paint protection, apart from a detail, the only other thing I would consider is a self healing clear film. Seen them in action and they are truly unbelievable. http...

Re: C6 vs C7
I think I'm set on a C6 after reading more about them rather than a C7. Maybe the latter in a couple of years. Some additional questions if I may. I am only considering buying a car with warranty as I don't want the hassle of stuff going boom and massive bills. With the GT-R, we have Litchfield's wh...

Re: C6 vs C7
Ok so the C7 is more modern and feels it. If I were to get a C6 I'd buy one with audi warranty and keep extending it till sale time.
I suppose the question is, is the C7 £35-40 better than the C6. I could have a C6 and also get a separate track car with some of the change.

C6 vs C7
Hi all, Apologies if this has been covered but couldn't find a useful comparison from people who have driven both. Currently have a GTR (R35) and my kids are rapidly outgrowing the car and the boot space isn't what it needs to be. Superb car in every other way even though only mildly modded to aroun...

Re: 0-60 time
Yep, I have used it once on the GT-R in and owned the car 12 months. It can only take one launch to bork something though..
