Evening all...I'm new to the forum (returning after a while actually when previously I thought about and researched a B7 but saw the light and eventually got a B5) and have a newly acquired (1 week ago) noggy blue RS4. See you there!

dodgy spark plugs, dying in second gear, radios that wont turn off, rumours of under 400bhp, seats that dont respond as they should, clutch sticking problems...AM i doing the right thing ordering one of these cars...I thought i was buying into Audi (sounds alittle more like TVR)... could the nice people at the specialised tuning houses comment on the true BHP output of the new B7 RS4? I did read somewhere on this board that one of them (Miltek I think) are prototyping an exhaust system, i would imagine that if they are to market it and talk about any possible BHP gain it might...

i have the same dilemma, and as audi only do one tint (not 2 or three grades from light to dark) its even more of a dilemma as I reckon the audit tint for the avant is a smidge too dark... forgive me for my ignorance, but how do audi/aftermarket chaps actually do it? is it a film they put on the win...

mmmm, judging by the latest brochure (April 2006 and published as a PDF somewhere here on this site) the auto trunk opening is an option, or so it says, on the Avant.

hi all... this very topic has been debated over at www.rs6.com with some interesting comments and useful in depth analysis. read it all as one interesting thing is that the author of the original debate did swing from one opinion against having the SS set up to infact ordering it.
