Both the demo & showroom cars I saw on Friday had P-zero's on. Noticed it because the P-Zero word on the tyres where coloured red.

I'm pretty sure both types of seats are Recaros. My guess would be that the bucket seats are called sport seats for the B7 RS4, but I may be wrong. Go onto the audi website and try the configurator, I'm guessing you should then find what both options are called. Hi TWH I can't find the configurator...
