i see you haven,t got the carbon blades or engine bits
No, I specifically asked for phantom black blades, which wasn't an option on australian spec cars. As for the carbon fibre engine bits, that was just unnecessary.

Finally arrived

Phantom black body and side blade, B&O sound system, carbon fibre interior, manual transmission, and it's all mine.

Alternatively, try listing it on the Cars page on Bloomberg, if you know someone in financial markets, they could lis tif for you. That's where a lot of decent cars get sold

theres a charge the police can give you on top of the offence (e.g if you're speeding) called driving meta-dangerous, it carries the penalty i outlined above.

I live in Sydney too, and if you were caught watching TV whilst driving, you'd get a ticket for driving meta-dangerous, which is a 3yr ban and a prison sentence which your lawyer will have to argue down to the minimum ban of 12 months and a hefty fine. I wouldnt fancy your chances in front of the ma...

New RS4 Cabriolet

I just swapped my RS4 sedan for the cabriolet last week. I drove my sedan for 6500km, and really enjoyed the car. I did a couple of track days in it also. I've now done 500km on the cab, along some great driving roads outside of Sydney. here's my thoughts on the differences. 1stly with the roof off,...

R-Tronic vs Manual

Does anyone have any information on the R-Tronic gearbox in the R8? I have to spec my car for Australia, and I am still not sure which is the better option.

If you look at the price of the Australian RS4, it's not that much more expensive than a UK model. It's a fully specced car, i.e. I was only offered a choice of sun roof

Bose 10 speaker, Sat NAv, Sport Suspension, etc, etc are all standard on the car.

Actually decided not to sell it. You can't get them in so easily in Australia, and I took it down to the track at the weekend, and it's just too much fun to part ways with. Hopefully, my appeal will be successful in July.
