Car is now away having head lamps fixed but when I drove car from Audi dealer who have just replaced a DRC rear shock to the lamp repairer, the ride seems to be rock hard. Any ideas what might have caused this?

Hi Audi Fanatic. An alternative bulb has been tried, same issue. I am going to investigate ballast replacement. We've examined the rear lights closely. It doesn't appear to be a film tint.
