these sit well, you need to clean off the ally with some brake cleaner and scuff it up with a scotch pad then a bit of glue gorrila is good, ill post a link when i get back to my laptop,

heres an alternative to the very expensive audi gaskets, these are hydraulic wiper gaskets and they hold much better than the audi offering,

Getting there in for a gearbox service next week, most jobs are done now, paint early next year, plan is to have it ready for the jersey car show.

Has anyone had this problem? on a cold start the engine is making a ticking noise, once warmed up it goes away, new plugs new coil packs and full service?

Its a slow process it was in a bad way when we picked it up but it wasnt expensive and we have refurbished a few audis now, must admit this is an absolute bitch to work on but its a stunner and a keeper, they will only go up in value at the rate they are getting broken.

Paint correction is worth learning yourself very satisfying, get some old car doors from the scrapper, and get a cheap DA from Amazon, look up Ammo on youtube some great tutorials, Menzerna products are good. Ceramic, leave that to the pros!
