OK, just an update to this (was waiting almost a month for a spot).

They finally fixed it by doing the subframe shifting:

Not a problem, looking at your read out shifting the subframe doesn't look like it will help you, because if you slide it further right while decreasing the right hand camber you will go to nearly zero on the left. Why would the front end be out of adjustment, I'm trying to think of reasons Next, s...

Actually the dealer I mentioned was Audi, the alignment was done there. And they said those camber values were not a problem... but reading some stuff on the internet, it seems it's not good to have more than half degree difference between sides. That's why I got worried that something is not right ...

Hi folks, Just bought an RS4 2021 with 37k km. It's my first Audi. Brought it to the dealer for a general inspection, just in case. Asked to check how's the alignment as well and it was a bit off. They corrected most of it but the front camber, that they said can't be corrected/there's no adjustment...
