Interesting... my pump was replaced to stock a groan (further up this thread) It now does the same again.... Surely I dont need a rack as well !!! ????

Thank you all; tried both Direct LIne & Privilege; they are both by far cheaper than the other 20 or s I got quots from. Not much 2 choose between then cost wise. Xs high at 750. £660 standard and £812 protected (4yrs NCB) plus 8% for montly payments.

It's time for that yearly shock, anyone got any recomendations ?? AN for the 4th time I have it back; 9 days later and the problem was apparantly a loose connection on one fo the fuel pumps at the tank - so fuel was in it but not being delivered to the engine...
Time will tell....

Where was that and what exactly was changed (appart from the belt of course) ?

Had the same issue; steering pump was replaced; all fine now.
Told that the fluid was not circulating properly in it.

MIne is coming up for the nast 3yr 40k soon - I'm quite happy to travel to SE - what can you do ?

Just when I thought it was all over..... They replaced the clocks, updated the mileage, completed a fewother bits they found whilst they had it..
