Re: Plus Aux Radiators
So having looked at the remaining radiator, it looks pretty rough. I have found they are still available at Audi tradition for the usual RS premium! The timing belt service which was about 5000 miles but 5 years is getting expensive as i had already added Wagners and cam cover gaskets ........But w...

Re: Plus Aux Radiators
I will check around to see if any are being broken, however because the plus is the only one with the extra cooling that makes it even more difficult to source. I found a "system" on eBay that was from some manual contraption. Hard to see what is there as it had been massively barstadised, i have or...

Re: Plus Aux Radiators
Thank you, that's exactly what i need. Was obviously searching in the wrong places for it!
Looks like there's a lot of obsolete parts i will need to try and source!

Re: Plus Aux Radiators
Basically everything on the nearside. There are some odd lengths of aftermarket hose that have been joined with a bot of copper pipe and hose clips. Need to try and work out what parts i need to try and find. Not sure you will be able to get pics as they are buried behind the intercoolers.

Plus Aux Radiators
Evening all, don't suppose anyone has a diagram of the plumbing on the Plus? Just had a strip down for timing belt service and decided to treat her to some new Wagners. Unfortunately on removing the old leaky intercoolers there is only one aux radiator! Looks to have been removed at some point and r...

Re: Where to get all suspension arms and bushes
Maybe mine are wrong, they both went on ok and all seems well. I suppose time will tell, had it aligned and no squeaks or knocks.
Thanks for checking back.

Re: Where to get all suspension arms and bushes
Be careful with the lemforder kits for the front. The lower arms supplied are not correct for the RS6. They are available from Autodoc, but need to be ordered separately. What I bought from AD: Front arm set 3553701 Lemforder Lower arms 45958 Febi Bilstein (these are AD part numbers) Make sure you ...

Re: Where to get all suspension arms and bushes
Just replaced all the fronts on mine with these. Good OEM quality and fitted perfectly.

Re: Gearbox sump bolts
Have not checked mine again as all seems smooth, although its barely done 50 miles since the oil change. Now the endless rain seems to have eased, it should come out of hibernation for Easter.

Re: Gearbox sump bolts
The service kit came with 7l and that was genuine ZF. Was tempted to try and cram it in as i could put it in quicker than it leaked out. Will run it out when its drier at the weekend and have another look. Temperature was at 38 by the time i had finished.

Re: Gearbox sump bolts
All done! Seemed to go well, managed to get 6.5l back in there which seemed a lot considering the threads that i have read. Maybe because it was on the ramp with the sump off for a couple of days, all those drips add up.Far too damp and muddy for a test drive but all seemed fine in the workshop.
