I’ve had a PM from someone to say u need new suspension assuming this is correct what did most people opt for keeping it OEM or after market?

Looks like my rear passenger line to my suspension has burst or corroded away, is it a case of fitting a new line and refilling, or am I looking at new suspension ?
is the car OK to drive to?
