Seems that some people are having real issues with this recall and engine parts related to it, others have been lucky or had decent technicians. All other issues aside with mine, I did not pay for a oil change. Sytner changed it and logged a service on the database. Think you should question the oil...

They didn't provide a reason, just said they weren't doing it as part of the recall. I was surprised as Notts Audi are usually pretty good.
