FS: B5 RS4 Intercoolers and Shrouds (cut to fit S4 bumper)

I've just fitted an FMIC to my car so these are now surplus to requirements. Just the ICs and shrouds - I re-used the hoses I had. To fit you'd need to get the APR hoses OR get the following parts: Left and right support brackets (or make some up) Offside link pipe from an RS4 (078 147 728 J) - you ...

RE: 032 measuring block

Doh!

I'm pretty sure you have a boost leak. The positive numbers on additive trim mean you are a little lean
on idle - sucking in unmetered air through your boost leak. Get it to someone who can pressure test the
intake for you (MRC).

RE: 032 measuring block

No, you are running mega rich on multiplicative trim. You don't mention what car you have but I guess it's
a turbo with a boost leak.

You should be able to get 400 on stock injectors but on a very high duty cycle - no headroom. As Scott says, you can get more out of RS4 injectors but you have to be careful as the spray pattern is wrong which can lead to bore wash and other problems. Also, would you fit second hand injectors withou...

Indeed. You should be OK on standard rods to around 500ft/lb (~670NM)

I think there is one knock sensor per bank. Closest to cylinders 2 and 5 (middle). I think they are the brown plugs on the firewall, you could try
checking those connections.

Not unless you have the H&R PCS coilovers. They are rebound adjustable only. Standard H&R are ride height only.

Hi Craig,

I would be surprised if you got that much throttle cut from overboost without throwing a code. Did you try
a TB alignment as suggested?

I come on here to ask for assistance in diagnosing the cars problems, telling me to take it to a garage isnt really what i want to hear... If it IS overshooting boost theres only a limited number of factors that can cause it, so telling me to look at those would be the most sensible advice surely? ...

Fault codes? 115 doesn't look right at all. You should be seeing spec'ed vs. actual boost. This output makes me doubt the other columns to be honest. It looks like you are getting major throttle cut which normally happens when you are overshooting boost - do you have a boost gauge? Personally, get s...
