They said a lot of things inside the gearbox have failed, I can’t remember exactly but when i pick it up on Tuesday i will get a list of everything and post it here.

Obviously I’d like the 2k then lol. I rang the garage they have still not found the exact cause. But they have said there is definitely a fault in the gearbox. Just out of curiosity does anyone know how much a replacement gearbox or a full rebuild is including labour.

It’s been in the garage all day today. I haven’t heard from them as of yet. I’ll give them a call tomorrow I don’t like to rush them. I did mention when I dropped it iff about all the poor wiring and the maf sensors. Hopefully I’ll know my tomorrow and of course I’ll keep the post updated.

That makes a lot of sense considering my wiring has been butchered. I’m praying for good news and hopefully not another huge bill ‍♂️

My biggest regret was using that awful garage to have work done in the past, it’s no longer there now which is no surprise.
