Re: Mass air flow p0101 help!!!!

No matter what I do the problem keeps coming back, cleaning the maf doesnt fix it. Replacing it fixes the issue straight away, but it keeps happening on mine. Not sure what to do.

Re: Implausible signal P0101

Yes air filter is stock. There seem to be a few people that have had this issue in the past but none have mentioned it recurring once they have changed their maf. Bit of a tricky one.

Re: Intermittent starting issue

Problem solved - replaced the starter cable from the plug at the battery terminals all the way to the starter solenoid, used extra heat sheilding and changed the location from where it was originally run near the headers. Have not had an issue since.

Morning,

I had a similar issue a while ago, does it have an aftermarket alarm fitted by any chance?

Andy

Re: Intermittent starting issue

Is the heat shield installed next to the starter motor? My mate had the same problem, changed the starter, still did it. Then he installed the heat shield (which was somehow missing) and that fixed the problem. Yes heat shield is installed Sounds similar to the issue I had. I've come to the conclus...

I would recommend the Alpine ILX 107 which is Wireless Apple Car play. Have it in mine and it is a great unit.
That looks really nice. I have an android phone though and at a glance its not compatible with that model. Do they do a fitting kit for the B7 ?

Re: After Market Head Unit

Is the alpine INE-928R (with fitting kit) a direct replacement for the factory head unit in a B7 ? As in, does all the factory bose stuff work with it or do you have to replace other bits as well ?
