Re: Google Earth ending December 2020 for 2018 models or older

There is solution for cars with MIB2 with Quallcom chip. Frimware begins with MHI2Q , like MHI2Q_ER_AUG22_P3638_MU0917 or MHI2Q_US_AUG22.... Upgrade is MHI2Q_ER_AUG22_P5092_MU1329 for RoW or EU cars, or MHI2Q_US_AUG22_P5087_MU1316 for US cars. If You have MIB2 with Nvidia chip, firmware begins with ...

Re: Exhaust, mods etc

Thanks. Is there any dron in lower rpm with open flaps? I’ve done long drives with flaps open and closed. It’s louder than the sports exhaust which is the entire point of the exercise. I don’t find it drony at all but if you want quieter then stick to stock or I may suggest a quieter car/EV? Cold s...

Re: DRC issues

So after 3,5 years and 40 000km I have problems with DRC too, noises from rear like something beats to the floor and front right and rear left bumper is noticeably softer. Service has told me I will be with no car for longer time. They must find it, record it, send it to the Audi importer, wait for ...

What does that mean, is that a callback or do they replace when you complain?
Depending on roads I have some noise too but I presumed it was the luggage cover or stuff in the boot.
They replace it when you complain.

Re: Oil

LiquiMoly TOP TEC 4200 5W30 is great oil for diesel engines and 2.0TFSI, but not for RS4/RS5. If You look at Liqui Moly web there is no oil suitable for RS4/RS5 B9.
You will always have oil loss with 5W-30 oils.

I use Mobil 1 FS 0W-40, which is recommended for these engines (see mobiloil.com).

There is TPI 2050132/2 for knocking from rear dampers, they will change front dampers for new type.

I am interested too, I always prefer resonated.

I have found videos with non-resonated and road+ only.

Re: Rough idling and driving - anyone experienced this?

There are TPIs for RS5 rough idle: TPI 2049281/1 (new ECU sw.) and recall 10F8 with TPI 2051299/1 (new vent hose).

Contact your Audi dealer and ask if these are aplicable to your car.
