Re: All issues and niggles with the B9 RS4

ZF8 shifting in long gears is a bit rough, specially if you are slightly touching the gas.

No reason now with APR, UNITRONIC, REVO and other 2 or 3 first level tuning brands.
In my opinion.

On the other side, JB4 if you don’t want a tune.
Or anyone with Autotuner
Sure, but they need to know what to do 😬😬

Re: Tuning Options

Now we have MG1 protocol unlocked.... good luck and enjoy with all the options in the market. From where do you know that the it is unlocked now? HGP Turbo and MTM have access to the ecu since months, but charging more than 5000 € for Stage1. No, they are not doing real tunes on the ECU, until now....

At Rockingham mine was timed to 60 in 3.28s. With LC it feels ballistic.

Re: Pictures of my Misano red

Yes, I chose these wheels becouse in Spain we can only choose 20s. And those were the lightest.
I have to say that they all are not the best wheels in a RS model.
But in this case, the light wheels + CCB make the handling a little bit better compared to 19/20 normal + steel brakes.

2nd for me
i look at these a while ago just couldn't find the right off set
Cant get correct offset either so will end up with spacers. Car needs spacers anyway to fill the arches.
What size of spacers do you think with stock 20"s? 10/12? 10/15?

I am sure the JB4 will be £400-500 and produce the same if not more power
Yes, I have it since 2014 in my 335i N54. Well configured and managed is the better way together with a BEF (and FOB, etc).
I wouldnt have any doubt between them...
