I didn't realise you could get your tires filled with nitrogen, do you know if anyone other than National Tyres does that?

Hi, Not sure if anyone is interested, but I got what I thought was a pretty good deal on 4 new Goodyears (GSD3's I think they're called) from Elite Direct (they are in Rainham - www.elitedirect.com) this weekend, £493.26 including fitting etc. So far they seem pretty good - quieter than the original...

I've noticed a strange noise when we start the car - my wife describes it as "someone clearing their throat and spitting", has anyone else heard anything similar? As a new S4 owner I'm not sure if this is something normal or something I should be worried about.
