Re: Post your Rolling Road Results Here
I converted it to Jpeg for you. MRC dyno results (1).jpg Many thanks! Wheels refurnished last year and some small bits of corrosion being attended to this month - still intend to get the leather tidied up a little (it's in pretty good nick, but the car's a keeper) and have an aftermarket exhaust ad...

Should allow you on the attachment section when making a new post. Make sure you are in full / advanced post mode. Look forward to seeing some results. The only 'add image' icon I can see seems designed for weblinks only. MRC dyno results.pdf Tried dragging and dropping and using the attachment tab...

Re: I did exactly what you're not supposed to do | Fuel Costs
Shame you didn’t track the mileage, would have been interesting to see the long term MPG. I’m 1 month and 1k miles into ownership and have had to disable MPG from the trip computer menu to help keep me sane !! I've always had mine showing 'miles until empty'. It doesn't change too much, and having ...

Re: Full Audi Service History - maintain or move on?
Had started to use the indy for other things and got to the point where I could see I was paying more for less. Still left like a leap to abandon FASH, but have never looked back.

Re: Full Audi Service History - maintain or move on?
I've had mine from new, just under 100k now. Dropped main dealer about five years ago and have no regrets whatever. Whatever it might cost in depreciation (and I never intend to sell, so that's moot) I reckon I am likely to have saved in not being shafted once a year*. A good indy will try to fix th...

There are testimonials - be interested to see if anyone else has experience of anything like this.

Hydrogen carbon clean.
Passed a van near me, the side of which advertised mobile carbon cleaning. Been a while since mine was done, so I had a word. They use hydrogen, which burns at a high enough temperature to do the job, but extremely briefly so it does the engine itself no hard. Turns the carbon into hydrocarbons, whi...

I haven't, but as posted elsewhere the Forge item seems to be the default choice.

Re: All comes at once - DIY: SAI, DRC, Oil cooler, Carbon clean, Fan, Tyres, Paint Corrosion, Service
PS4Ss were cheaper last time I had them fitted than 5 years ago - to the tune of £60 each. I doubt you'll get the lines for the oil cooler sorted - the standard fix is the Forge item. As I understand it, the lines and cooler are different metals so will corrode over time. If the cooler fails it can ...

Re: RS4 B7 Koni Shocks from CRS Performance
The ride is similar, but there's one area where it's noticeably worse - expansion joints. More of a thump both felt and heard. The front is better tied down so it's a worthwhile tradeoff, but it isn't as good or better in absolutely all areas. Similar to S or non S mode? Keeping in mind the ride is...

A3 rear springs.
Hi - I'm a member from a different forum section, but have an A3 query (not an S3). We've had several rear spring failures over the years - I don't know whether the A3 & S3 rear springs are the same, but is this a known fault - and if so is there a better alternative? Any help greatly appreciated. 1...
