Hi much was the Audi extended warranty as a matter of interest?

Depends on a variety of factors, age and mileage, cover, excess, etc

Last time checked it was about £1.4k for a 3 year old car with 15k and no excess with full cover.

I held out as I had ACC on my Golf R estate and missed it when I bought a B8 RS4.

It’s a pretty rare option, it took me months to find a car with it but I was pretty flexible with everything else. Well worth the wait.

I did a reasonable amount of driving to sites around the country, and mostly in traffic, so set the cruise and just went with the flow. Best I got was 330 miles but it was incredibly dull.

Roof bar description states;

The maximum permissible total weight of 90 kg for the carrier, attachments and load must not be exceeded.

So I guess you’re not limited by quantum, more by mass.

Good, that answers that. Just been to Edinburgh Audi - they have a 2015 S4 for sale for more money :-) Hadn't realised S4 and RS4 out of production since July. S4 isn't coming back - at least as a petrol. RS4 expected, but specialist salesman said it'll be the last ever. Whether he is right...........
