Coolant leak
I’m c. 100 miles from home and have had a red light “stop now, coolant low” warning go off. Have parked up, and can unfortunately see a puddle of coolant slowly dripping under the car. It’s been motorway miles and not hit anything, so bemused as to what’s caused the leak. Weirdly it seems to have co...

Independent RS6 specialist in North London?
Does anyone have an independent dealer who is an RS6 specialist they’d recommend in North London? I’d like a second opinion on something and all the alternative dealers are part of the same group which makes is it challenging…

Potential theft attempts ...
Another car on our road was stolen before Christmas by a gang bouncing the key signal from the keys inside their house using keyless entry. Unfortunately our alarm has now gone off on multiple occasions over the last few nights in the early hours, so I've been suspicious over whether someone is tryi...

Warped discs and pads - advice required
I've been getting some "judder" under braking in my C7 Performance, when on the motorway. Took it into my local dealer, who has informed me that their diagnosis is that BOTH the front and rear pads and discs are warped, and all need replacement. The cost? £2,500.... The problem? The front pads and d...

Re: Drivers Air Vent Removal?
I feel I’m in danger of taking the whole dash apart but don’t need to - and struggling to see what is still holding the vent in place.
Should the black plastic vent come free in its entirety? Or should the silver surrounding trim come away too?

Re: Drivers Air Vent Removal?
Thank you. I’ve managed to get the top and bottom trims off, taken the bolts out behind them, and removed the fuse cover trim.
Can’t see any other bolts to remove that look to be part of it - but the air vent, is loose, but still doesnt want to come free. Can you point me towards what comes off next?

Drivers Air Vent Removal?
The control wheel on my drivers size air vent has come loose inside the housing - so I need to remove it and reseat the wheel. I’ve tried the instructions here (http://davidhkblog1.blogspot.com/2018/03/fixing-audi-a6-c7-cabin-air-vent.html?m=1) and bought a hook thing, but even pulling pretty hard I...

Three childs seats in a C7?
Hi, Sorry, this is a first post which doesn't focus on exhausts, tyres, etc! I am the proud owner of a RS6 C7 Performance, together with two young children, and a third will arrive in the new year. I wondered if anyone has had any success getting three car seats across in the back seat of an RS6, an...
